We complete extensive interviewing to select your preferred candidates from a group of people who’ve been qualified against all your job/person requirements. All candidates are interviewed in person where possible, or by video, or telephone, right to work documents thoroughly checked, and strict employment references taken. We are also able to arrange psychometric testing and assessments as part of the process. Only then we will be confident to forward their profile and CV to you.
